Hebei Guyuan County Dongxinying 199.5 MW Wind Power Project

Hebei Guyuan County Dongxinying 199.5 MW Wind Power Project (hereinafter referred to as the proposed project) is developed by Hebei Construction Investment New Energy Co., Ltd. It is located at the south of Guyuan County, Hebei Province, P.R.China. The proposed project will help reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions generated from the high-growth, coal-dominated power generation in North China Power Grid (hereinafter referred to as NCPG).
